Afternoon/Evening Lap Swim *
(OPEN TO MEMBERS & GUESTS ONLY)
No Kids!
Lap lanes are for lap swimmers only - please help keep the lanes clear. Children crossing or on the steps is a danger to both the swimmer and the child when people are swimming.
From 5:00-7:00pm, lap lanes are for adult swimmers only (14 or older, please, or 12+ and on swim team).
No Balls!
During this adult swim time, we will ask all recreational swimmers to stay clear of the lap lanes and to refrain from using balls. We have had some instances of thrown objects hitting lap swimmers and we need to be able to provide a peaceful and productive swimming opportunity for adults.

We will always have at least one lap lane available for swimmers. If another is needed, please ask in the office for assistance.

During member swim hours, multiple lap lanes for adults only are open daily from 5:00 - 7:00pm with at least one lap lane always available.

Weekday Morning Lap Swim
(OPEN TO MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS)
Tues & Thurs mornings, 6:00am - 7:30am, ended August 11.
Members $2.00/swim, Non-members $5.00/swim.
Come swim laps and get coached on your strokes if you'd like!  Morning lap swim will be available for those interested in having a designed workout or those wanting to just swim laps on their own.
Lindsay will be leading workouts from 6:00 - 7:30am for both beginners and advanced swimmers.  This is your chance to get tips on stroke technique as well as have someone to guide you through prepared sets and drills.  (Please note that it is not a swim lesson with one-to-one private instruction.) Come when you can and do the workout at your own pace, this is a great opportunity for those wanting to improve their swimming.

* Please abide by "normal lap lane rules and courtesies":
            1)  Two swimmers may split the lane; 3 or more must circle swim (swim on the right side--down on the right; back on the right).
            2)  If you are the second or third swimmer entering the lane, DO NOT assume that the swimmer(s) already in the lane see you.  Be sure to let them know if you want to split the lane (assuming you are the second one entering), or they are aware that circle swimming needs to start (if you are the 3rd swimmer entering the lane).
            3)  Always allow a faster swimmer to pass.  If you hit the end of the lane first, slide over to one corner and allow the faster swimmer to pass.
